IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR AOL USERS
WHEN USING AOL YOU MAY RECEIVE AN ACCESS DENIED ERROR

This is due to lack of security support in the AOL browser.
The problem can be corrected by following the steps below.

WE RECOMMEND OPENING UP AN EXTERNAL BROWSER

Here are some simple steps to assist you in opening up an external browser:

1. Minimize or hide your AOL browser. You can do so in the upper right corner.

2. Go to the Windows START Button (usually lower left hand corner). [Mac users skip this]

3. Select PROGRAMS. [Mac users skip this]

4. Select INTERNET EXPLORER (or NETSCAPE NAVIGATOR). [Mac users just open either of these browsers your usual way]

5. Enter the site address/URL you're trying to access.

6. Enter the MEMBERS section and enter your username and password when prompted.

Sorry for any inconvenience. This problem is due to lack of security support in the built-in AOL browser and there's nothing that anyone except AOL can do to fix things.
